Obuse is the sacred place deeply loved by the world-renowned artist Katsushika Hokusai, where he created many of his greatest works.

At the height of his journey, Hokusai created this pair of masterpieces, which we now call “The Cosmic Waves”—an embodiment of the universal truth through form and motion.
